Atlas Operator Intake Terms of Use

Effective date: October 5, 2026

Atlas Operator Intake is a private personal-use productivity system operated for its owner.

It is not offered as a public SaaS product or service.

Atlas Operator Intake provides read-only assistance with approved Gmail intake, including organization, prioritization, summaries, contextualization, and locally generated recommendations.

Atlas Operator Intake does not independently make legal, financial, medical, family, or other consequential decisions for the owner.

Automated classifications, extracted dates, urgency indicators, summaries, and other derived information may be incomplete or incorrect. The owner remains responsible for reviewing source communications and for all decisions and actions.

The current Gmail integration does not authorize Atlas Operator Intake to send, delete, archive, relabel, mark read or unread, or otherwise modify Gmail messages.

The system may be changed, suspended, or disabled by its owner at any time.
